Ladies' Hostel

NIT Calicut has totally twelve hostels including two PG Hostels and three Ladies' Hostels. The boys' hostels are situated close to the academic area, while ladies' hostels are within the residential campus. Total number of inmates of NITC Hostels is nearly 2906. Apart from the mess in every hostel a mini canteen is also available in the hostel premises. STD/ISD facilities are available in almost all hostels. Students are permitted to use own computers in their rooms. Facilities for recreation are also provided in all the hostels.

LADIES' HOSTEL
There are three hostels in NIT Calicut to accommodate lady students of UG, PG and Ph. D. Programmes. These hostels are located within the residential area of the campus. Two cosmopolitan messes are available within the ladies' hostel premises. Other facilities like Mini Canteen, Indoor Shuttle Court, Gymnasium, Cooperative Store Extension Counter, STD/ISD connection etc. are also available in the Ladies' Hostel.

A HOSTEL

A-Hostel has only four seated accommodation. This hostel is meant exclusively for the first year B. Tech. Students. A cosmopolitan mess is running within the hostel. An extension counter for NITC Multipurpose Co-operative Society is functioning in this hostel. A-Hostel is very near to the Main Academic Building.
