Event Highlights

There will be sessions lead by expert lecturers on each day of the symposium. Each session has an expert lecture and at the most five related oral presentation and discussion there after lead by the experts.

Event Participation

Students, faculty members and industry personalcan participate in the event by registering for the same. The event focuses on Science, Technology, Compliance and business opportunities on air pollution monitoring.

Oral Presentation

A maximum of 40 papers will be selected for platform presentation. Please follow the guidelines below

  • Extended abstracts of the paper should be submitted while registering for the event.
  • The abstract should contain the title of the paper, authors, affiliation and key words.
  • Extended abstracts should not exceed 2000 words and it should be in pdf format, font size 12, Times New Roman and with a line space of 1.5.
  • The extended abstract should be confined to 3 pages.
  • Once selected, a contributor may deliver oral presentation followed by a discussion totally about 20 minutes.
  • The contributor of a selected paper may prepare the presentation either in PPT or PDF format and may send to the event mail ID.

Poster Presentation

A maximum of 60 posters will be accepted for display in the conference venue. Please follow the guidelines below.

  • One page abstract of the poster should be submitted while registering for the event.
  • The abstract should contain the title of the paper, authors, affiliation and key words.
  • The abstracts should be in pdf format, font size 12, Times New Roman and with a line space of 1.5.
  • All papers selected for Poster presentation in each focus area will be considered for presentation in the poster session at the symposium venue.
  • The posters should be of 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (Vertical Height)) size (A0 size)
  • Should be well organized to cover sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion etc.
  • The matter should be brief with liberal illustrations - graphs, pictures and photographs
  • The posters should be printed in photopaper/glossy paper/cloth etc. (Printing on Flex is not allowed)

Extended abstracts of the selected papers/posters will be published in an ISBN indexed book and extended version of selected papers, after peer review will be considered for publication as book chapter/indexed Proceedings.
